What Pain Meds Can I Take With Methylprednisolone?

I know not to take any of the Ibuprofen NSAID family, those of the dangers of interaction with the steroid. I've been taking regular Tylenol but they only help me for an hour or two of the most. Is there anything stronger that anyone can recommend to help me with the pain? Thanks in advance.

Beyond these over the counter medications, you would need to see your doctor to have something prescribed for you, since these are the only medications available without a prescription.

Is this the only medication you're taking?

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, mood swings, and insomnia.
