I had a pill to delay my period just for a day because of an important function that i wouldn't want any disturbance with. Now it just stopped and my period is not flowing at all. My abdomen is in pain and i feel dizzy. Please, what drugs do i take to make it flow well? Thanks.

I saw my period 15th of April,and now am seeing it, the problem am facing Right now is that I was treating infection before my period came,and I have already used one tablet drugs they do insert in d body, and now my period is kind of brown and am nt flowing well at all,is just bothering me, I don't know the kind of drugs I can take to push it out so it can flow well
