I am age 67, female, have never used any chronic med, active and healthy. When stressed I suffer from body pains. I am AB positive blood group. I use supplements daily, vit B complex, folic acid, vit C, Calcium, magnesium and grapeseed extract. I seldom use alcohol and have never smoked. I have always been prone to heartburn especially when I eat anything containing flour. What is the safest way of dealing with muscle pain or sometimes leg pain or back pain? I enjoy physical work, gardening etc and sometimes over exert myself. I avoid pain killers and am looking for a tablet that does not have "bad" side effects. Please help.
