I just changed my pharmacy to Kroger because tmy previous pharmacy gave me is pain pills hydrocodone/ 325 acetametaphen 7.5 and they make me sick for some reason even if I eat before taking why I do not know the Watson and peach 7.5 do not make me nauseous but the ips do what kind does Kroger give and what's the difference in the medications?

Unfortunately, there is no way to know, other than asking at the Kroger pharmacy. Which generic they carry may change, at any given time, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply.
As to the differences, under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, generics are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus, or minus 20%, in the amount of the active ingredients. Thus, you may sometimes stumble across one that is higher, or lower in the amount of the active ingredients, which could cause you to experience an increased amount of side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, and drowsiness.
