What Is This White P500 Pill

If the pill is a white oval with P500 on one side and nothing on the other then it is (Equate extra strength pain reliever/fever reducer acetaminophen 500mg) I'm literally getting ready to take 2 of them after I'm done typing this.

If it's a white oval pill that has "P" on one side and "500" on the opposite side then and ONLY THEN is it a ciprofloxacin... PLEASE if you're not 100% on what a medication is call your local ER (Emergency Room) and they will 9/10 let you know what it is rather than listen to people who are misleading and could VERY WELL get you or your loved one KILLED!!!

Thank you for clarifying this pill's true identity. I think some people researching the topic also tend to get mixed up between this and a purple oblong/oval pill with P500 that contains a combination of Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate; whilst this particular tablet is only comprised of Acetaminophen.
