What Is This "teal" (blueish-green) Larger Circle Pill Marked Op With No Other Imprint, Just A Horizontal Split On Other Side?

Buddy found it in grandmas medicine cabinet. Is not the new form of oxy. Its the same color throughout. Weird. Just has OP on one side, and nothing but the horizontal split on the other. Can't find anything about this anywhere, please help!!
