I believe the marking on the tablet you've found is GPI S1, it is manufactured by Physician's Science and Nature Inc., they list it as containing 100mgs of Docusate, available under the name brand Pramolaxin, it is a stool softener and is available over the counter.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, bloating, abdominal cramping and diarrhea.
