I believe I located your pill, it's Acetaminophen 325 mg, Diphenhydramine 12.5 mg, Phenylephrine 5 mg. These active ingredients are in many over the counter allergy/ cold medications such as:
Benadryl Allergy & Sinus Headache, Theraflu Warming Severe Cold Nighttime, and Sudafed Cold.
