This tablet is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a 20mg Methylin tablet, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy.
The warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia and anorexia.
