What Is The Best Time To Take The Pills

I'm on my 3rd week, getting ready to do 2 pills in the morning one in the evening. I was wondering if I should tAke the 2pills in the morning together or maybe an hour apart. I have been doing ok on he pills so far, I do feel werid some days. So I'm a little scared to up the dosage
