This tablet is manufactured by Novartis Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a 5mg Focalin XR tablet, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy.

The FDA warns that it may be habit forming and could cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness and insomnia.
