No, it is not known to help with such an issue, it is a refined derivative of THC and does not work the same as it does. It is mainly used to treat or prevent nausea and vomiting, as well as to increase appetite in AIDS or chemotherapy patients that are wasting away.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness and dry mouth.
