What Is Adco Napamol Tablet Used For?

I was intimate with my girlfriend and after a minute I saw her taking 2 of Adco Napamol Tablets. I was really shocked and I'm still scared as I'm not sure what the tablets are for. Please explain to me, what the use of these tablets is?

It is for pain

I have taken that tablet. The problem if I finish I feel like I have to vomit and feel sick for the whole day. Is this normal?

My colleague has been struggling with pains in his shin, on an old scar where there is damaged tissue. He knocked his leg a few weeks back and he has been to numerous doctors who can't tell him what's wrong. The area looks bruised and it looks like it is spreading. They have told him it is definitely not Gangrene, and have given him lots of tablets which don't seem to be helping. They are Flupen 250, Anaerobyl 400, Diclophenac Sodium 25mg and Adco-Napamol. Does this sound right?

I took two of each of both Adco Napamol and Myprodol because I was stressed. Then I fell asleep to wake up at 4:30am to stomach pains which were so painful I wanted to cry. So I did some research cause I felt my body weaken and am wondering if this is just a normal side effect?

I have been given the same medication.for carpal tunnel syndrome. Arthritis on my hand. All meds are for pain. But is too muchand felt like overdose. Diclovenac,flupen and napamol they all contains paracetamol
