I located a similar pill; small, round, light blue color, with O-M on one side and 215 on the other. This pill is Ortho tri-cyclen ( I was unable to retrieve milligram information).
Ortho tri-cyclen is made up of the two active ingredients Ethinyl Estradiol + Norgestimate.
