This tablet is manufactured by the Perrigo Company and they list it as containing 650mgs of Acetaminophen in an extended release formulation. It is available over the counter and is most commonly used to treat arthritis pain.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
