What Is Benzonatate Medication For?

Why would I be prescribed Lorazepam with Tessalon perels and Amoxicillin for acute bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection?

The pearls are used to suppress cough and the Amoxicillin is an antibiotic. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

I am not sure, however, on the Lorazepam. Did you doctor explain?
