I have taken Vyvanse 70mg. for 3 years and do well on it I ran out so for the past 3 days I have not had any. I have a few more days until my doc is back from vacation I ran out because I missed my last appointment and you know how that goes. I feel like crap can't get out of my ownway dont want to do any thing Iam not functioning well at all and my question is... can you get any thing over the counter to help seriously this is the worst I have felt!

Wow! I'm sorry you're so miserable.
However, I'm not really sure what might help, because most OTC products, such as energy drinks or caffeine tablets will only help for a very short while, then you may end up suffering an even more severe crash afterwards.

You might want to try asking your pharmacist, they may have better ideas than I do of what's on the shelves in their store that may help.
