Based on the pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen).
While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434).
I hope this information helps!

I can look different ways but if the pill has the letter L before the numbers it's probably Acetaminophen (Tylenol).
