Have you discussed it with your doctor? They may be able to refill it and help you.
There are some antihistamines available over the counter, such as Diphenhydramine and Meclizine, but they aren't as potent and effective as Vistaril, which is why it's a prescription only medication.
They may also cause side effects, as listed by the FDA, that may possibly include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and weight changes.
