What Can I Eat When I Get Loose Motion?

I am a little sick after eating something yesterday and had a stomach ache all night. My parents think that I shouldn't eat anything but yogurts but it tastes bad. Any advice on what else I can eat without suffering from loose motion again?

Yes, not everyone likes the taste of yogurt.

As to what to eat, you should just eat, unless your doctor tells you otherwise. If you ate something that disagreed with you, or perhaps gave you a touch of food poisoning, it needs to run its course in your body and diarrhea will likely continue, until it does so, regardless of what you eat.
