What is the active ingredient in Otezla that I can buy over the counter to help me lose weight? I've been told by someone taking Otezla that it's an appetite suppressant. He just doesn't have the urge to eat and I eat all the time. I need help.

Otezla contains the active ingredient Apremilast, it is not available over the counter and is not used for weight loss. Loss of appetite can be a side effect, according to FDA reports, but it is approved to treat psoriatic arthritis.
