What Are Mx 121 Pills?

I found two of these pills in one of my bottles and don't know if they were put in there by accident?

Mylan Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 40mgs of Atorvastatin, which is most commonly used to treat high cholesterol.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and joint/muscle aches.

Is that the medication you were supposed to receive?
