What To Use Stop Vomiting

What caused you to start vomiting, and how long has it been going on for? It sounds like it's from something you may have ate (food poisoning possibly). There have been a large number of recalls for certain foods recently, if that is the case.

Either way I would recommend checking in with your doctor or going to urgent care. They can better evaluate your condition in person by checking all levels of your health and medical history.

In the meantime I would suggest sticking to mostly fresh raw fruits and vegetables for your diet and limit dairy products and poultry. Dairy is mucous forming and can possibly worsen the effects. Cooked foods in general are carcinogenic to humans, although not many people know this; but that is why you should eat mostly fruits and veggies; possibly blend them together for a meal if you have the means to. Your diet is probably the biggest factor for keeping this under control in my opinion.
