the pill is round with a score through the middle and on the flip side is the number 512. they are in a bottle that is suppose to have oxycod/apap 5-325mg tab mall. but i think they may have been switched????

No, that is exactly what these tablets are, a generic for Percocet which contain 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen each.
