The type of medication and dosage required to achieve the same effects of a 30mg Percocet is going to vary greatly for each individual and is also dependent upon your level of pain versus someone else's level of pain.

Because of these underlying factors, it's really impossible to guess which medication and dosage is going to work for you. If anyone (besides a doctor) does try to tell you what works for pain, they are only going off of what works for them and this puts them at risk for liability if something ever happens to you.

In my opinion, your best bet is to discuss this with your doctor so you know your getting information based on your medical records and personal evaluation or assessment of your pain levels and tolerance to certain medications.

I hope this helps!
