WHile I don't have any confirmation, so I can't be 100% certain, there are reports that these tablets with the N and a number on the other side contain Morphine in a controlled release formulation. The U.S. brand name equivalent would be MS Contin.
It is a narcotic, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.
