What Is Trepiline

Have just been prescribed Trepiline for Lupus, I am already on prozac are they compatible ?

No, these two actually aren't considered compatible. They can both increase the level of Serotonin in your brain, which can lead to a very dangerous condition called Serotonin Syndrome, this condition even has the potential to be fatal.

I'd really suggest double checking with your doctor, before adding the new medication. Adding additional complications isn't something you need to be risking.
