Pionorm 15 is not available in medical, doctor has suggested Vogo 0.3 mg 2daily, compratvely it is costly, is there any substitutes tablets same.

Pionorm contains the active ingredient Pioglitazone, it is an oral antidiabetic medication, it's different than insulin, but has some of the same effects.

Some people respond better to oral medications and others to insulin, while some people require a combination of both.
