NEED THE GENERIC NAME FOR FORTASE IM DOING HOMEWORK FOR PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

I'm sorry, but I can't find anything listed under this name.

What country is it from?

The closest thing I can find is Fortasec, which contains the active ingredient Loperamide, and is used to treat diarrhea.

The next closest name I could locate was Fortaz. The generic name for Fortaz is Ceftazidime. Ceftazidime may be indicated in an extremely wide variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative infections of the respiratory tract, the skin, urinary and genital tracts, septicemia, the abdominal cavity, and the central nervous system.

Is the Fortase you are looking for an enzyme product? If so, there is no generic for it. It is a private label for an enzyme product called Univase (and Univase Forte) which is available at Rocky Fork Formulas, Inc which only wholesales to health care professionals (MD, DO, DC, pharmacists, etc)
