Hi Judy,
Based on my research, Carbidopa + Levodopa is used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease or Parkinson-like symptoms (e.g., shakiness, stiffness, difficulty moving).
Is this not something your brother-in-law has been dealing with?
You can learn more about this drug on the page for Carbidopa + Levodopa Details
I hope this info helps!
