Butalbital-ASP-caffeine capwat
green and yellow capsule with writing on it (green side says watson , yellow side says 3219) I have been taking one that says Butalbital Compound Tablet WSW. What is the difference?

Hello. I live in Panama now and was wondering if you've had any luck finding your
Fioracet or Fiorinal in this area? Please let me know, I'm in need of a bit of help in this.

I live in Costa Rica. I usually take Fiorinal for my tension migranes and Imitrex for others. Since I have moved here I have slowly exhausted my supply of Fiorinal. I have asked pharmacies and doctors here, but they don't understand my horrible spanish, or have not heard of Fiorinal.
My question is, do you know of a similar medication that is sold in Costa Rica, Panama or Nicaragua that I can ask the doctor about?

From what you've listed and from my own searching, it seems that there is one difference and that is that the first one you listed contains Aspirin, while the compound tablet that you listed next contains Acetaminophen.

Otherwise, they both contain Butalbital and Caffeine and are used to treat migraines and tension headaches.

Some people may be allergic to one of them, so they can't take it, or they may respond better to Aspirin than Acetaminophen and vice versa.
