Hi Donna,
Can you get a little bit more specific on the abbreviation of Potassium "Chl". There are a few possibilities to choose from with that prefix, such as Chloride or Chlorate.
To put it simply, Potassium "Chloride" as a supplement shouldn't be used when chloride-levels are normal, or when chloride should be avoided (ie: kidney diseases).
Potassium gluconate is a type of potassium salt that people use as a supplement as well. It's more often used to treat hypokalemia, or low potassium.
As far as comparing doses, I haven't found any specific details on this just yet. But in general, Potassium is very very easy to get in your diet, just by eating foods rich in it, such as bananas, dates and just about any other fruit at that.
