Yes, they are both just Folic Acid supplements, though you'd have to make sure you were getting the correct dosage.
Did your doctor recommend that you take one?

Yes my doctor advice me take folfit tab and I having difficulty getting it cause local drug shop don't have it and they're advising me to get folvite tab instead.....I'm not sure what to do?
