They are both Diclofenac Potassiume, however, the dosage is clearly difference and the DR means that the 75mg one is delayed released, so the medication is slowly released, after you take it, rather than being released all at once.
This is an NSAID, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
