What Is The Best Time To Take Vitamins (Top voted first)

I take lipitor, lisinopril, celexa, vitamins B12, C, D, E, folic acid, fish oil, can you tell me hate is the best times to take them?

A lot of it really depends on what works best for you and/or if your doctor has given you any special dosing instructions.

For instance, in most cases it's preferred to take a blood pressure/cardiac medication like the Lisinopril in the morning, so it can help control your medical condition during the time of day that you're most active and will naturally experience the most fluctuations.

And the vitamins, especially the B12 can give an energy boost, so they are usually best taken in the morning, so they don't cause insomnia.

However, in some cases, the vitamin D can cause some drowsiness, especially in higher doses, so many people take it at night.

Additionally, the Celexa and Lipitor can also cause drowsiness as side effects, so you may want to take them in the evening or at night, also.

However, as I stated, you should follow any instructions your doctor has given you and ignore this information if any of it contradicts.
