What has our dentist advised you to use? Have they confirmed the presence of an infection?

Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim is an antibiotic, but it is not usually the first choice for dental infections, since many of them respond better to other alternatives, such as Penicillin and Amoxicillin.

No Dentist confirmation. Pretty sure of infection due to the pain & slight swelling of lower jaw near wisdom tooth.
