What Is Pentrexyl Ampicilina

I have a really bad sinuses problem for the past month. Allergies I believe trigger this problem. My eyes itch and get watery, my nose drains clear liquid all of the time. I have headaches, and everytime I blow my nose, which is like every half hour 24/7, I feel like my head is going to explode. I have the pentrexyl ampicilina box here, can this help?
