My mother (age53) is suffering from lack of sleeping and depression problem. After doctor's consultation she started taking oleanz 5mg .after taking one month she is now in a better condition. Now if she stop taking these medicine will it be good for health

my son is studying in ENGG , once he took some street drug and also once he took wine , the first episode begin, he stated talking anything, no contro lover his mind , he started to have fear during night saying ghost will catch me .Now Doctor's have started medicine olenaz starting from 15 mg, to 12..5 mg , than 10 mg now 7.5 mg for the last one year . his age is 20 ,My late father had mental problem at the age of 61 . is it be due to family background or something elsee ,and how long more he has to continue the medicine . Now he cannot concentrate on studies , feel sleepy please help
