Hi Dr. Ghanshyam,

I believe your patient is in a very dire state of explosive diarrhea, when such a situation for a patient arrives then im sorry but we as doctors are left with very limited options. The best and most effective being Colectomy.

If this doesn't work then I believe you have to let him go and inform him about what little time he has left to live his life.

A patient of mine is suffering from chronic ulcerative colitis, complaining of loose motion 20 times a day with little blood in stool and pain in abdomen. Please give advice for appropriate medication.

Sir I am 25 y old I have diagnosed with IBS. Feel same like u and have to go to wash room many times in begning face and I used to get pain in abdominal after every bowl. It was worst months of mine. Finally I went to gangaram and he suggested normaxin 20 in within 1 week I felt good normaxin worked for me. But still I am not able to weight lifting as it increase pain in abdominal. Moreover i suggest you to take homeopath medicines now I am not taking normaxin as it cause mouth dryness in me. So I take carbo vet 3x, magnesium phosphorsium pentarkan of Dr willmar schwabe, gastroaid from Dr bakson and gastroaid liquid. This all helps me in abdominal pain and gas issue.

Since long my motions are stick and I am not completely relieved. I had done Colonoscopy and endoscopy last year. Report was negative. I get pain in my upper abdomen two hours after food and lasts for few hours. Due to this I wake up at 2 to 3 am in the morning having stomach pain. I take mild ayurvedic laxative once in a week. My weight is constant. My tongue is coated since long and becomes normal after taking laxative. I do not take spice food but my food intake is normal. I am retired and 64 years old. Please suggest remedy to overcome this problem.

my dear indian,any tablet used for mild problem cannot be prescribe directly to any patient unless doctor must know his sensitivity example. some patient may have toncele,cold allergy,nerve impulse,im such cases if any patient administrating normaxin directly may cause severe cold problem in toncele patient ..if any toncele patient administrating directly normaxin tablet in absence of ulcer cold enter in the veins may cause blockage in blood supply neck and leads to facial nerve damage
