i m taking Flagyl 400 since march 2011 for treatment of Antebacterial infection , i had taken 4 courses of 7 days , for one month or so i m ok , but again the problem starts , how much courses of flagyl are required for complete relief

What type of infection is it?
It really shouldn't require that many courses of any antibiotic to clear up the problem.
Have you and your doctor discussed the possibility of your using a different antibiotic? I think that this one just isn't working for you.

That much Flagyl use will cause a candida overgrowth problem. The long term use of Flagyl will have wiped out all the good bacteria with the bad bacteria and left a clean slate for candida and other yeasts to multiply and no good bacteria to keep it in check. The next step should be a antifungal course to get the yeast beat. And then a good probiotic to put the balance black to normal
