My perscription for bupropion SR 150mg tablets - I understand what all that means. I want to know what the SA in front of WATSON LABS means? does this mean it was made in South Africa or South America? My pharmacy has switched something and my generic used to be a purple round pill and is now a white round pill.

The SA stands for sustained action, it's just another way of designating that it's a time released formulation of the medication. It means the same thing as the SR in your prescription, which stood for sustained release.
