A letter like that is usually just a manufacturers logo, so it can stand for whatever they are using it for, such as the company name. In some cases it could also stand for the trade name of a tablet, or the active ingredient.

I have no information, however, on one with just an R on it and whether or not it is Winstrol.

Where was it obtained?
