What Does Opana Show Up As In A Urine Test (Top voted first)

would taking an opana 20er be the same as taking a roxycotin and morphine pill one a urine drug test?

It actually depends on the type of test being done.

There are some tests that will just show the presence of opiates and, if that is they type used, then that is all any of then would be detected as being.

However, there are other tests that are most specific and can show the exact opiates that were taken, by analyzing their individual metabolites.

I take Opana 40 mgs 2 in the a.m. and 2 twelve hours later. My pain management (PM) doctor did a series of 3 epidural type injections on my back and did the last one only 2 weeks after the previous one in late Dec. This caused me severe pain and my PM dr. told me to go to the ER. I did and they said they were giving me a injection of Dilaudid, because my Opana was not helping reduce my pain. Now my PM dr.'s office just called and said they were discharging me because Morphine showed up in my very detailed Urine Analysis. I have been taking the Opana for 3 years and also take Norco 10mgs 3 a day, Imitrex for migraines. I take Benedryll for allergies. I am 60 years old and this has never happened to me. I feel insulted because the PM dr.'s office treated me like I was a junkie and dropped me on the spot. I even offered to do a Lie Detector test, but they refused and said for me to find another PM dr. Who is going to take me now? Would any of the above show up as Morphine in a detailed UA? Dilaudid will DEFINITELY show up on a UA, but if u have a valid script, you'll be fine
