Tramadol is actually a generic for Ultram, so there are quite a few on the market, all made by different manufacturers. This means they all have different markings, depending on the manufacturer and dosage, so there is no way I could list them all here.
If you can post back with more details, such as the markings on the pills he has, I will gladly check it for you.
Here are just a few examples of Tramadol and the markings on the tablets, all of these are white, round tablets:
AN 627 50mgs
Cor 127 50mgs
M T7 50mgs
PAR 821 100mgs
PAR 822 200mgs
PP 100 100mgs
and there are many others, some are in other shapes and colors, as well, plus there are generics for Ultracet, which contains the Tramadol, with Acetaminophen.

I found this round white tablet. I was told it was a tramadol when I asked someone what it was. On one side of the pill it looks like the letter E and 44. On the other side of the pill it has an aztec looking symbol. I'm not sure what it is. Do you know?

The pill has "IV" on one side and on the other side , the number 58. It's supposed to b 50 mgrams. Is this an Ultram pill???
