Some of Lexamil's common side effects may include: nausea, dry mouth, headache and weight gain. This is not a complete list of possible side effects (just the most common); you can however view more info on this drug and other side effects in the link below:

Thank you for the reply. I am trying to get off Leximal. Starting drinking 5mg for about a month now. I am currently on 5mg every second day and from next week it will be every 3rd day and so on until I am completly off it. (I have dicussed this with my doctor) Since if been on Leximal I really havent felt like myself. Always feeling a little bit dizzy and I still get anxious even when I am on Leximal. I also started to clench on my teeth, never thought Leximal could be the course until I have seen some of the posts. It is definitly affecting my ears, as I have gone to the doctor a couple of times saying there is something wrong with my ears. I am also thinking of starting a family and being on Leximal is not good when you pregnant. I have started excercising and drinking lots of water toghether with vitamins. I just hope now I can ease of this and feel like my old self again. The side effects are just to horrible. Did anyone else had this experience on Leximal??

I am on Lexamil, Epitec and Rivatrol.
I have been on it for about 2months now and I have gained weight...
What can I do? Will extra exercise help? I really would like to fight the extra bumps.
My husband is on Lexamil 20, he has been suffering from depression for some years now. He's been in and out of psychiatric clinic but he doesn't get healed completely. Currently he was acting very strange, mood swings, lack of interest in the bedroom...no libido and he complains that he is tired. Now he drinks excessively. He does things when drunk and the next day he doesn't remember, he is a very quiet person by nature. He has done something very bad ito law and now he is struggling to remember what has happened. I need to know what are the side effects of lexamil.
