I'm a 25 year old girl, having lavera xr 500 and alporate 500 since 2009....I want to know more about its side effects......is it very harmful?

It is effect on my skin with in 1years..iam mentally suffering

Hi,

My mother is 62, she met with an accident about 6 months ago, surgeon operate craniotomy on her and removed majority of the left portion of the skull because she was having Cerebral edema on the left side of the brain as well as she had hemmorages along with subdural hematoma, she has not been operate for cranioplasty yet. Hence, she was hospitalized for around 1 month.

When she got somewhat recovered we recognized that she was not able to find words to speak, she utters something but was not able to speak the words; however, she was able to give expressions.

Moreover, due to the injury in the brain her right hand was not working properly and becomes weaker than the left one. In addition to, surgeon provided her Torvate Chrono 300 medicine (twice a day) which might be used to prevent seizure attack; however, after 4 months of the accident we mistakenly forgotten two back to back doses of the tablet Torvate Chrono 300 and she suddenly got first seizure attack; after that doctor adds Levera 500 two times a day to prevent seizure attacks.

However, due to this newly added medicine her right arm becomes very weak and she is not able to even move it a little bit, also she was dizzy most of the time, and her speech which was little bit improved is also completely damaged. So, I want to know that does Levera 500 causes the affected part (in this case her right arm, and her speech) to get more weaken.

I love my mother a lot, she is my god and my life, I really can't see her in such helpless condition. Any of your help would be too much appreciated.

My wife has been taking Levera XR 750 for 7 yrs. But, since the last couple of months her entire face is changing color and turning black, and also dark spots are occurring on her shoulders and neck. When i brought up this issue to a Neurologist, he mentioned that, "it is not because of the drug; if it caused this skin problem it would have shown in initial days only, not after this many years". Can anybody advise me in this regard?

MY WIFE IS HAVING SAME PROBLEM SHE IS OK AS IF NORMAL & THE NEXT MOMENT SHE IS FEEELING UNCOMFORTABLE AS IF SOMETHING IS MOVING IN HER HEAD DOCTOR SAID SHE IS HAVING PROBLEM OF EPILEPSY.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW PLZ SUGGEST

Hi, Its not worry about it, first I will tell you that it works to control the power supply to mind. Its side effects are dizziness, Joint Pain, Sleepy, Mood Changes. Emotional behaviour towards people. But, It is working to stop epilepsy I suggest you that please dont stop medicine and go regular checkup to doctor.

I am 29 and I got a sudden attack in kitchen while taking my food. It was the month of Ramadan, I were on fast. But, my first stroke was something like I saw all my family members are revolving round me. After that It changes I saw some yellow colored rings formed in my eyes and fdell down. I am taking Lavera XR 500 and Epiphen 50 Combined of Phenetoin and Phenebarbitone. Now I am seizure free from last 6 years because I feel I control my anger and emotions. Should I stop or continue

No its the most commonly used medicn for seizures bcoz it has the least side effcts compairing to othr medicns ..you will fell weak ..your head will feel heavy and you will feel dizzy nd disoriented you will have prblm in walking jst dnt be scared of going out of you wont miss any dose you will be oky

I had a seizuer 2 year back single time after that doctor suggested me lavera 250 in morning and lavera 500 in night.now its 2 year i am taking it i need to now how far i need to take this medicine?.secondly i want to plan my child if i concive while taking this medicine is it harmful 4 a child or not?

My sister is fell down on bck of his head ,then doctor suggest her Levera500mg she take it continue daily basis. Her ct scan ws absolutly ok... now she is F9 but when she not take continue this capsule ..she dat attack again as like previous now this is worried for her..plz guide us she had to continue ds medicine for lifetime.or any other precaution to avoid this .

I am using trioptal 300 and Lavera 750 twice daily. But I am getting irritated and not able to control. I am telling the same thing again and again. Also I am not able to remember the things. But the fits are minimised.

MY FATEHER WAS TAKING PHENYTOIN SINCE LAST 4 YRS, DOCTORS TOOK E.E.G REPORT AND TOLD HE HIS ALLRIGHT BUT AFTER SOME TIMES SUFFERED FROM MINOR ATTACK OF EPILEPSY , AFTER WARDS HE HAS BEEN STARTED LEVERA XR 2 GM PER DAY, DIVALPRO SODIUM 750 AND CLOBAZAM 20MG PER DAY ,NOW HE IS FEELING SLEEPY MOOD AND MOST OF THE TIME LIKE UNCONSOIUS SO WHAT I HAVE T DO?

I'm using Levera XR 750mg and meconeuron HR from the past 2 years as i had a miscarriage before 2 years.... Now i want to be pregnant... and ofcourse sometimes i'm getting depressed whenever i see babies and very anger and sometimes violent also when my past comes infront of me... so is this depression, anger due to the medication i use.....? and can i use any medication for getting pregnant again...?

last 4 years back am using TRIOPTAL 300 mg,last 7 months i didn't take that tablet's because of Doctor suggestion.
last 1 month back again i attracted by Fites in midnight in 5 Mins,after the day am Normal, then agin Doctor Sugessted use Levera 750 in night's and continue to 1 year.

My Question is after 1st attack am use the tablets 4 years, after last check up The Doctor told right now ur perfect,ur healthy...
Then how i am again face these problem.
Wt's use of 4 years tablets..
Note: i have no tension in life,am 24 age,60kg
