My sister has arthritis in her knees, she uses a cane.. she's also 72 years old. She doesn't take any medications... she's overweight. Does Instaflex make you gain weight? Or does it raise your cholesterol?

I am on the third bottle of the new Instaflex Advanced and I have severe itching with tiny blisters on my left arm. No over the counter cream really helps.
After reading your post I quit taking Instaflex starting today, will see what it does.

I took by mistake this morning two pills of INSTAFLEX at breakfast. Shortly after that I had twice diarrhea. Any connection with that?

Have taken 14days sample, also taking thyroid and BP tablets, will there be any side effects.I continued for four more days, now I am constipated very severely , what shall I do continue or stop. Please advice. I have Osteoarthritis since 22years, I can't bend my left knee, I am 62 years old

Instaflex is an over the counter supplement that's used to aid with joint health and mobility. They have several different formulations, but most contain Glucosamine and MSM as the base ingredients, then some herbal supplements, as well.
