I have spinal stenosis, degenerating and bulging discs, I have been taking 2-5/325 percocets, 1- 500 naproxen and 1- 10 flexerel every 6 hrs for 3 months now, I know I'm addicted to them but this is the only thing that alleviates my pain, what are the other long term affects of this regiment

Are you addicted too them, or dependent on them? There is a difference.
Dependence is when you have to have them to function, due to a medical condition and your body has become used to having them.
Addiction occurs when you abuse drugs, because you like the way they make you feel, so you keep taking more and more of them.
And as to the possible long-term effects, most medications are processed through the liver, so there is some risk of developing liver damage. The Naproxen may also caused fluid retention and elevated blood pressure, with long-term use.
