I really think that in such a case you are going to need to consult with someone at the college in question, because it may depend on the severity of the apnea and how much it disables you.
They may have a coordinator that can help you schedule classes and tests during the times of day that you are at your best times of awareness.
Do to the possibility of the waking/snoring cycles disturbing a roommate, there may also have to be special considerations made for that.
