What About Using Chymoral Forte In Children Under 5years

One of my patient -child of 4 years has recently developed Paraphimosis and dorsal slit was given , but still he is having some residual prepucial oedema. So , would like to know whether i chymoral forte can be prescribed? if so how and for how many days? Thanks + kind regards
